Q&A: a running question queue
Rather than fielding shouted-out questions, let your audience type them in and vote on which ones matter most — then work through the queue on your own schedule.
Q&A earns its place in almost any live format where an audience has questions but a limited window to ask them: a webinar with more attendees than you could ever call on individually, an all-hands where junior staff are reluctant to speak up but happy to type, or a training session where questions arrive faster than you can pause to answer them. Because the room upvotes what matters to them, you spend your limited answering time on the questions with the widest interest rather than whoever happened to unmute first.
Unlike the other Interaction Slides, Q&A is usually left running for the length of an entire session rather than shown for a minute and advanced past — it's less a single moment and more a persistent side channel.

Add the slide
Select New Slide → Q&A under Interaction. Most presenters place this early and leave it live for the entire session rather than advancing past it.

Decide on moderation
Turn on question moderation in Settings if you want to approve each submission before it's visible to the room, useful for larger or public audiences.

Participants submit at any point once the slide is live, without needing to wait for you to advance to it.

Popular questions rise to the top automatically as participants tap to upvote the ones they also want answered.

Clear the queue as you go
Mark each question answered as you work through it, sorted highest-upvoted first, so the presenter view always shows what's next.

You can also turn on audience questions across an entire session without a dedicated slide — see session-wide settings. A Q&A slide is better when you want it visible in your slide list and easy to jump back to; the session-wide setting is better when you want it available from the very first moment without using up a slide.
Frequently asked questions
Can I remove a question I don't want to answer?
Yes — a presenter can delete any submitted question from the queue, whether or not it's picked up any upvotes.
Do participants see who submitted a question?
Questions appear without attribution by default, so people are more willing to ask something they might otherwise hold back.
Can someone upvote the same question more than once?
No — each participant gets one upvote per question, which keeps the ranking a genuine reflection of how many people care about it rather than how enthusiastically one person tapped.
