Participants Per Presentation

The number of people who can join a single live presentation varies by plan:

Free Plan
 • Up to 100 participants per presentation

Basic Plan
 • Up to 500 participants per presentation

Pro Plan
 • Unlimited participants

Enterprise Plan
 • Unlimited participants

If you’re hosting a session with more than 500 attendees, Pro or Enterprise is the ideal choice.

Participants Per Month

Some plans also include a monthly participation limit:

Free Plan
 • Up to 250 participants per month

Basic Plan
 • Up to 1,000 participants per month

Pro Plan
 • Unlimited participants per month

Enterprise Plan
 • Unlimited participants per month

If you regularly conduct multiple sessions each month, upgrading helps you avoid interruptions

Slidea also defines limits for slide types and quiz questions depending on your subscription.

Free Plan

Basic, Pro & Enterprise

Planning a high-attendance event? Keep these points in mind:

  • Use Pro or Enterprise for unlimited participation.
  • Test your presentation before going live.
  • Ensure a stable internet connection.
  • Keep the joining code clearly visible for participants.

Enterprise plans also provide advanced branding, collaboration, and workspace management features for large organizations.

What Happens If You Reach Your Limit?

If your participant cap is reached:

  • On Free or Basic plans, additional users will not be able to join.
  • You can upgrade anytime from the My Plan section in your dashboard.
