Slidea Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: December 10, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Slidea Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (the “Affiliate” or “you”) agree to abide by these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Slidea (operated by Deckzi Solutions Private Limited) governing your participation in the Program. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not join or must immediately discontinue participation in the Program. Your continued participation in the Program signifies your acceptance of these Terms, as well as any updates or modifications that may be made to them as described below.

2. Enrollment and Eligibility

To enroll in the Slidea Affiliate Program, you must submit an application through our designated affiliate platform (Reditus). Participation is subject to Slidea’s approval, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion, with or without cause.

Eligibility Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a legal agreement. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date registration information, including a valid email address and payment details. If you are applying on behalf of a business or entity, you must have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Slidea may reject applications if we determine, for example, that your website or promotional channels contain objectionable material, violate any laws, or are otherwise not aligned with our company values and reputation.

By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you and any websites, social media profiles, or other channels you use to promote Slidea are in compliance with all applicable laws and do not contain any offensive, illegal, or infringing content. You also agree to promptly update your account information if it changes over time. Participation in the Program is non-transferable; you may not allow any other person or entity to use your affiliate account.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to uphold the integrity and reputation of Slidea in all your promotional activities. You are expected to conduct marketing and referrals in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner. This includes complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your region, such as anti-spam laws, data privacy laws, and advertising standards.

You are responsible for using only accurate and up-to-date information when describing Slidea’s products and services. Do not make false claims or misrepresentations about Slidea’s features, pricing, or performance. Use of official marketing assets (such as logos, screenshots, or approved descriptions) is encouraged, but you must not alter them in a misleading way or present them as your own. If Slidea provides specific guidelines for brand usage or messaging, you agree to follow those guidelines closely. Always present Slidea in a positive and truthful light consistent with our official messaging.

Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Slidea. Participation in the Program does not create any joint venture, franchise, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Slidea. You may not state or imply that you are an agent, employee, or represent Slidea in any capacity beyond being an independent affiliate. You are solely responsible for your own business expenses, marketing strategies, and the content you create. Slidea will not reimburse any costs you incur in promoting our services. You agree to conduct yourself and any business operations related to this Program in a manner that does not dilute or tarnish the goodwill of the Slidea brand.

4. Referral Tracking and Attribution

All referrals must be made through the official tracking mechanisms provided by Slidea. Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique affiliate referral link through the Reditus platform. It is your responsibility to ensure you use the correct affiliate link or code when promoting Slidea, so that referrals can be properly tracked. Slidea will not be liable for any commissions that are not recorded due to failure to use the proper linking or tracking code.

Cookie Window: Slidea uses cookies and the Reditus tracking platform to attribute referrals to affiliates. When a prospective customer clicks your unique affiliate link, a cookie will be placed in their browser to track the referral. That cookie is valid for 60 days from the initial click. If the customer completes a qualifying purchase within 60 days and provided that no other affiliate’s link is clicked subsequently (i.e. your referral was the last touch before the sale), the referral will be attributed to you. In cases where a customer clicks multiple affiliates’ links over time, the Program will typically use a “last click” attribution model – the most recent affiliate link before the sale will receive the credit.

Please note that referrals will only be tracked and commissions granted for qualifying new customers. A “qualifying” referral means a customer who has not previously registered with Slidea or been referred by another partner, and who makes a successful paid purchase of a Slidea subscription or service. Existing Slidea customers (or those who have an active account prior to clicking your link) generally do not count as new referrals under the Program. Additionally, if a referred user has cookies disabled, clears their cookies, or takes longer than 60 days to complete a purchase, the referral might not be tracked or attributed to you. Slidea is not responsible for tracking issues that may prevent us from attributing a sale to you, whether due to user software settings, technical failures, or other reasons beyond our control.

You may monitor your referral traffic, sales, and commissions in real-time (or near real-time) through your affiliate dashboard on Reditus. Slidea’s records and reports of referrals and commissions shall be prima facie (i.e. presumed accurate) for purposes of calculating your commissions. If you believe there has been an error in tracking, you may contact us for review (see Contact Information), but Slidea’s decision on any attribution disputes will be final and binding.

5. Commission and Payouts

When you refer a new customer to Slidea and they make a successful paid purchase of a Slidea plan using your affiliate link, you will earn a commission from that sale. The commission is a one-time reward for the initial purchase only – recurring payments or subscription renewals by that customer will not generate additional commissionsunder this Program. The exact commission rate or amount for each sale (for example, a percentage of the sale price or a fixed bounty) will be determined by Slidea and communicated to you (such as via the affiliate platform or Program literature). All commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount actually received by Slidea for the qualifying purchase, excluding taxes, fees, discounts, or credits, if any.

Approval of Commissions: Commissions for a referral are only official after the referred customer’s payment is successfully processed and any applicable refund period has passed. Slidea reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions for any transaction that is fraudulent, canceled, refunded, charged-back, disputed by the customer, or otherwise deemed not a bona fide sale. If a referred customer’s payment is reversed or refunded after you have already been paid the commission, Slidea may debit the commission from your account balance, deduct that amount from any future payouts, or request reimbursement from you. We will notify you in such cases and may provide an invoice or adjustment in the affiliate platform reflecting the owed amount. Engaging in any tactics to game the system – such as referring yourself, using fake accounts, or encouraging purchases that are later refunded – is strictly prohibited and will be handled as fraud (see Prohibited Activities and Termination sections).

Payout Procedure: Slidea processes affiliate commission payouts on a monthly schedule. Commissions earned in a given calendar month that have reached the minimum payout threshold (see below) will be paid out on the last day of the following month. For example, commissions earned in January would be paid on the last day of February, provided all conditions are met. Payouts are facilitated through the Reditus platform, which means you may need to have a valid Reditus account and set up your preferred payment method (such as bank transfer, PayPal, etc.) within that platform. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details in the Reditus system are accurate and up to date to receive payments. Slidea is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect or outdated account on your side.

Minimum Threshold: The Program imposes a minimum payout threshold of $50 (USD). This means that your commission balance must reach at least $50 before a payout will be issued. If you have earned less than $50 in commission in a payout cycle, those earnings will be rolled over to the next month. You will receive a payout once your accumulated, approved commissions meet or exceed $50. There is no maximum limit to the commissions you can earn; however, each payout will only occur when the threshold is met. In the event the Program or your participation is terminated, any commissions accrued below the $50 threshold may be forfeited at Slidea’s discretion (though Slidea may choose to pay out smaller amounts on termination as a courtesy, this is not guaranteed unless required by law or stated otherwise).

All commissions are paid in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless explicitly agreed by Slidea for an alternative currency. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges levied on your commission earnings. Slidea does not withhold taxes from your commission payments, so you should report such income in accordance with the tax laws that apply to you. Additionally, any transaction fees or charges by third-party payment processors (for example, PayPal fees or bank transfer fees) may be deducted from your commission payout, unless Slidea explicitly covers those fees. We aim to be transparent with our commission calculations and payouts. If you have questions about a specific payment or believe there is an error, please contact us promptly and we will review the matter.

6. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair and reputable Program, Slidea strictly prohibits the following activities by affiliates. Engaging in any of these activities will be considered a breach of these Terms and may lead to suspension or termination of your affiliate account, loss of commissions, and potential legal action:

  • Spamming or Unsolicited Communications: You may not use spam techniques to promote Slidea. This includes, but is not limited to, sending mass email messages, SMS, social media messages, or other forms of unsolicited communication (commercial or otherwise) that violate anti-spam laws or regulations. All your promotional emails or messages must be sent only to recipients who have given you informed consent to receive such communications. Publishing your affiliate links on websites, forums, comment sections, or social media in a repetitive, unwanted manner (for example, posting in unrelated threads or groups purely to drop links) is also considered spam. You are required to comply with laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act (if applicable) and similar legislation in other jurisdictions when engaging in email marketing or electronic promotions on behalf of Slidea.
  • Misleading or Deceptive Promotion: Any form of misrepresentation of Slidea’s services is strictly prohibited. You must not make exaggerated, false, or misleading claims about what Slidea offers. All content you use to promote Slidea – whether on your website, in ads, in videos, or elsewhere – must accurately reflect Slidea’s features, capabilities, and pricing. Do not promise unrealistically outcomes or “guaranteed” results that Slidea does not formally claim. Similarly, you may not create websites, landing pages, ads, or social media profiles that falsely appear to be associated with or run by Slidea (for example, using logos or branding to impersonate Slidea’s official site). Always clearly distinguish yourself as a third-party promoter or independent affiliate. Affiliates are also forbidden from offering any form of unauthorized incentive to induce a sale, such as offering coupons or discounts that Slidea has not provided, or any cashback/rebate to the customer from your own funds, without prior approval from Slidea.
  • Brand Impersonation and Trademark Violations: Impersonating Slidea or infringing on our trademarks is not allowed. You may not register domain names, social media accounts, online advertising accounts/keywords, or search engine ads that include the “Slidea” name or any confusingly similar marks without our prior written consent. For example, bidding on the keyword “Slidea” in Google Ads or running ads that appear to be from Slidea could be considered trademark infringement and is prohibited. Do not use Slidea’s logo, branding, or any copyrighted content in any way that suggests you are Slidea or that your materials are official communications. When in doubt, ensure that your content clearly identifies you as an affiliate and not as Slidea itself. If you want to use Slidea’s logo or other assets in your promotions, use only the versions provided by us and follow any brand guidelines given. Any misuse of our intellectual property rights (trademarks, logos, copyrighted materials) may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
  • Unethical or Illegal Marketing Methods: Any illegal, unethical, or questionable methods of advertising are strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, “cookie stuffing” (using hidden iframes or scripts to drop affiliate cookies without a user actually clicking a link), adware/malware distribution, typosquatting (using misspelled variants of Slidea’s URL to capture traffic), or using misleading redirects that automatically forward users to Slidea without their knowledge. You are also prohibited from placing affiliate links in contexts that involve illicit or harmful content. For instance, you must not promote Slidea on websites or channels that contain pornography, hate speech, violence, gambling (where restricted), or any content that is unlawful or violates the rights of others. Promotion via sites or media that could harm Slidea’s reputation (such as those engaging in piracy or spamming) is not allowed. Always choose legitimate marketing methods and channels that respect user rights and applicable laws.
  • Fraudulent Transactions or Self-Referrals: Gaming the Program or fraudulent activity will not be tolerated. You must not use your own affiliate link to purchase a Slidea subscription for yourself or for your immediate family, and you will not earn commissions on such transactions. Any attempt to artificially generate commissions, whether by creating fake leads, using stolen credit cards, making fictitious purchases, or repeatedly signing up for accounts just to trigger a commission, is considered fraud. Slidea actively monitors for fraudulent activity, and if we detect patterns that suggest abuse, we reserve the right to withhold commissions and terminate your account immediately. If you have multiple websites or channels, you should disclose them in your affiliate profile; do not try to hide your identity or traffic sources to trick our tracking system. Engaging in any behavior that is meant to deceive Slidea or violate the spirit of the Program will result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions, as well as potential legal consequences.

In summary, always promote Slidea in a respectful, honest, and lawful manner. If you are ever unsure whether a particular promotional method or content piece is allowed, please contact us for clarification before proceeding. Slidea reserves the right to update this list of prohibited activities at any time and to interpret what constitutes a violation at its sole discretion.

7. Termination

This Agreement and your participation in the Slidea Affiliate Program may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause. Slidea reserves the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate account at any time, for any reason or no reason, in its sole discretion. We may do so with or without prior notice to you. Some examples of cause for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of any of these Terms or other related policies, inactivity of your affiliate account for an extended period, fraudulent or unlawful activities, or any behavior we deem harmful to our interests or reputation.

If we terminate your account for cause (due to your breach of these Terms), you will forfeit any pending or unpaid commissions, including those that may have been accrued but not yet reached the payout threshold, as a consequence of your breach. In contrast, if Slidea terminates the Program as a whole or terminates your account without cause (for example, if we decide to discontinue the affiliate program or remove affiliates in good standing for business reasons), we may pay out any remaining eligible commissions due to you at our discretion.

You are also free to terminate this Agreement and your participation at any time. You can do so by providing written notice to Slidea (for example, by email to our support, see Contact Information below) or by using any account termination function provided in the affiliate platform. Upon termination (whether initiated by you or by Slidea), you must immediately cease using and remove all of Slidea’s promotional materials, logos, trademarks, and references from your website or marketing channels. Any rights and licenses you have to use Slidea’s intellectual property or access our affiliate tools end immediately upon termination. You should also stop generating new referral links or promoting your existing links, as new referrals after termination will not be tracked or paid.

If the Affiliate Program is terminated entirely by Slidea (for example, if we shut down the Program company-wide), we will make an effort to notify all active affiliates via the email on record or via an announcement on our website. It is your responsibility to ensure we have your current email contact. After program termination, no further commissions will accrue. Slidea will typically process final payouts for any outstanding commissions above the minimum threshold, unless such termination was due to a breach of terms or fraud by the affiliate as noted above.

Certain provisions of these Terms by their nature should survive termination. For example, the provisions regarding indemnification, liability limitations, and protection of intellectual property and confidential information shall remain in effect even after your participation in the Program ends. Termination of this Agreement does not relieve either party from any obligations incurred prior to termination (such as payment of valid commissions earned before termination, subject to the conditions above).

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Slidea or its owners, officers, employees, and agents be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Affiliate Program or these Terms. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You acknowledge that you participate in the affiliate Program at your own risk. Slidea makes no guarantee of any level of success or income from the Program, and we are not responsible for any expectations you may have set in that regard.

Slidea’s total liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or under any other theory of law, for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall not exceed the total amount of commissions actually paid to you by Slidea under this Program in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability (or, if the duration of your participation has been less than 12 months, the total commissions paid to you during such shorter period). If no commissions have been paid to you yet, Slidea’s liability will be limited to USD $50. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and is cumulative; multiple claims will not expand the cap.

No Warranty: The Slidea Affiliate Program, the Reditus platform, our website, and all associated materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. Slidea disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any guarantees that the Program or tracking system will be error-free or uninterrupted. We do not warrant that affiliate links will function properly on all devices or browsers, or that the Program’s systems (including third-party platforms like Reditus) will track every referral in every case. While we strive to maintain a reliable program, technical issues or outages may occur, and Slidea will not be liable for any loss of commission or opportunity due to such issues.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slidea (and its affiliated company Deckzi Solutions Private Limited) and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms or any violation of applicable law or third-party rights in connection with your affiliate activities. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of this Agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

Slidea reserves the right to modify or update these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions at any time. We may also change or discontinue the Affiliate Program (in whole or in part), including changing commission rates, payout schedules, cookie duration, or any other program feature, at our discretion. In the event of any material change to these Terms, we will attempt to provide notice to you – for example, by email (to the address associated with your affiliate account) or by posting a prominent notice on our website or within the affiliate dashboard. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to stay informed of the current Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

Changes to the Terms will become effective on the date they are posted or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting. If you continue to participate in the Program after any changes to the Terms have been made, it constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms or any modification, your only recourse is to terminate your participation in the Program (as described in the Termination section above). No amendment or waiver of these Terms will be binding unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Slidea or posted by Slidea through the official channels as described.

Please note that no Slidea employee, representative, or affiliate manager has the authority to modify these Terms orally or via informal communications – any changes must be officially issued by Slidea through the methods described here. We value our affiliates and will typically communicate significant changes in advance or with an explanation, but we must retain the flexibility to adapt the Program as needed for our business.
